BOOKING TICKETS
You can book tickets for our events and shows online, by calling 0116 230 4877 or by visiting the box office in person.
To book online click on the 'Book Tickets' link (on the What's On page) and follow the instructions. A booking fee is applied to all online bookings. For seated events you can choose the seats you would like to book from our seating plan.

RESERVATIONS
We do not reserve any tickets. Please use our Box Office to book and pay for your tickets.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please check the details of your tickets carefully before you purchase them as all tickets are non refundable and non transferable.
Tickets are sold subject to the right of the Promoter and/or the Management to make any necessary changes in the performance or event owing to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.

CONCESSIONS
Some of our shows offer concessionary ticket prices, which include:

Children: 16 years and under, unless stated otherwise

Senior citizens: 60 years or over

SHOW TIMINGS
All show timings are approximate and can vary on the day due to unforeseen circumstances.
DISABILITY ACCESS
The MMC has good disability access. Please call the Box Office and speak to one of our team to find out which seats would be best for you.
We also run the Essential Companion Scheme for those requiring somebody to assist them accessing the theatre and facilities. More details and an application form can be found here.
AGE ADVISORY
Please note: where a suitable age is stipulated, the show may contain themes and language not suitable for persons aged below the recommendation. Children attend at parents discretion.
DANCING AT SHOWS
We want everyone to enjoy coming to the MMC Venue and understand that for some this means being able to get up and dance during a performance. In order to respect those that choose not to leave their seat and those with limited mobility we kindly ask that anyone wishing to dance come to the front of the Auditorium and dance in front of the stage.
If you do choose to get up and dance please do not bring drinks to the front and please be respectful of the band.
